Job Description

Position Name: - Deputy Manager/Manager.

Function: Mutual Fund Settlement

Qualification: MBA / CA / CS

Location: Bandra

Experience: Preferred Min 1 year and upto 5 years of relevant experience.

Freshers can also be considered.

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage settlement of funds received from investors and ensure timely transfer to respective AMCs within defined cut-off timelines.
Monitor daily fund flows and ensure accuracy and completeness of settlements.
Perform regular bank reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies.
Coordinate with the technology team for implementation and management of new system developments and process enhancements.
Ensure all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and operational checklists are updated in line with new processes and system changes.
Maintain strong working knowledge of banking and payment systems, including UPI, Net Banking, NACH mandates, and payment aggregators.
Prepare and circulate MIS reports for management and stakeholders.
Handle internal and external audits by providing required data, explanations, and documentation.
Address client and internal queries related to fund settlements, transactions, and reconciliations in a timely manner.

Technical Skills

Good understanding of mutual funds
Need to interact with multiple internal and external teams
Good understanding of excel
Prior experience in capital market operations will be added advantage
Ability to work of big data in R code will be added advantage.
