Position Name - Condenser Process Expert Role & responsibilities - 1) Process validations 2) Special Purpose Machines specification making & concept finalization with CFT inputs. 3) Online trouble shooting related to tooling & process. 4) Low-cost automation implementation 5) Process Lay outing 6) SPM installation & commissioning. 7) SPM Validation. 8) Hands on experience on machine validations. 9) Knowledge & hands on experience related to process costing 10) Knowledge of IATF/ TQM/ Industrial Engineering / Line balancing 11) Knowledge of pneumatics & hydraulics 12) Knowledge on error Proofing implementation. 13) Hands on experience for new lines setup 14) Hands On experience for PFMEA. 15) Customer audits experience. 16) Customer PPAP experience.
