About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Manufacturing Leader to manage machine shop floor operations, ensure quality excellence, and drive on-time delivery. This role works closely with leadership to optimize processes, people, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage CNC / VMC machine shop operations
• Interpret mechanical drawings and ensure process accuracy
• Drive production planning, machine utilization, and delivery timelines
• Ensure quality standards, audits, and first article approvals
• Coordinate with Design, Quality, Maintenance, and Planning teams
• Lead, mentor, and upskill shop floor teams
• Drive continuous improvement and cost optimization initiatives
• Ensure safety and housekeeping compliance

What We’re Looking For

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• Strong knowledge of CNC / VMC programming and implementation
• Expertise in turning, milling, drilling, grinding, etc.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and execution skills
