Deputy Manager/ Manager – CSR

Education: Graduate or Postgraduate in Business Administration or related field.
Experience: Minimum of 4-5 years of working experience within a similar role especially in the field of Education and Skills development.

To drive and ensure the company’s philosophy and commitment towards a positive impact on local communities and the environment. The incumbent will work closely with Board Members and various departments to drive and manage CSR activities that will contribute towards building a caring and inclusive culture within the company.

• Develop and execute CSR programs specialising in the Education and Skilling the Unskilled domains as well as conducting periodic program reviews to assess outcomes and effectiveness.
• Acting as the focal point for the Company's CSR initiatives in the geography and fostering relationships with community partners and key stakeholders.
• Staying abreast of relevant research, trends in the areas of focus, and .
• Promoting employee volunteering initiatives in coordination with internal stakeholders.
• Working with Board Members and Branding teams to drive internal engagement and promote storytelling.
• Driving budget and monitoring spending to deliver results in line with planned objectives.
• Collaborating with the Branding team to update the company’s Social Media channels on various CSR initiatives and campaigns undertaken.
• Build and manage working relationships and synergies with CSR external stakeholders such as NGOs, Educational and Skilling Institutions, Government authorities etc.
• To act as the company’s CSR ambassador at various conventions and programs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
