Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead the Connected Technology Business for Industrial India, both Business Development & Project Execution for CoMo products & systems in line with IM Growth Strategy & Business Objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop & execute business plan & strategy for CoMo products & systems in alignment with Segment Sales teams.
  • Conduct Market Mapping analysis, drive customer engagement through customer visits, customer requirement analysis etc.
  • Collaborate with Segment Sales team to develop & execute opportunity management & drive review mechanism inorder to build a strong CoMo Online, Digitalization & handheld solutions
  • Responsible to design & develop complete hardware architecture, electrical control panels as per customer specifications & requirements, ensuring detailed engineering & documentation as per procedures
  • Lead & initiate purchase of imported & local hardware items as per BOM, overlook installation & commissioning of the CoMo systems
  • Drive process standardization & improvements, business excellence initiatives, cost optimization for projects under execution
  • Responsible for partner identification and partnership for complementary technologies and project delivery
  • Plan & drive product launch plan in discussion with communication team & ISEA CoMo BD team
  • Plan & drive support & training for service engineers to perform troubleshooting of the existing installations.
  • Manage, coach & develop team members clear direction & objectives

Candidate profile

  • Bachelor s in electrical engineering (preferred) /Instrumentation Engineering /Electronics/Mechanical Engineering
  • Min. professional exp. of 10 yr. with major experience in handling projects & engineering (Electrical, Instrumentation or Electronics, electrical maintenance)
  • Good knowledge of vibration analysis, electrical components / functions/ rating of components, field engineering i.e. pressure, temperature, level sensors etc.
  • Hands on experience on HMI, SCADA, PLC, DCS, third party communication protocols like Modbus, profibus , ethernet, etc.
