Deputy Manager Maintenance

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise maintenance of machinery across all processes including bale opening, carding, bleaching, drying, fleece cutting, winding, etc.
• Ensure uptime of specialized machinery like 3.1m fleece lines and hydro entanglement systems.
• Oversee critical utilities such as boilers, compressed air systems, ETP, HVAC, and oil heat exchangers.
• Implement and monitor preventive maintenance schedules and TPM practices.
• Track and improve MTTR (Mean Time to Repair) and MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures).
• Lead both electrical and electronic maintenance operations effectively.
• Ensure safety compliance and conduct regular audits and inspections.
• Manage and develop the maintenance team; provide training and guidance.
• Coordinate with vendors for timely supply of spare parts; maintain inventory of critical spares.
• Support production teams by minimizing downtime and resolving breakdowns quickly.
• Continuously identify opportunities to optimize machine performance and energy efficiency.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹1,166,563.43 per year
