Deputy Manager HSE

As a Safety Culture Improvement Manager at our company, your primary responsibility will be to lead all coordination and efforts for the preparation, implementation, and monitoring of organization-wide safety culture improvement plans. You will also be tasked with designing and leading various EHS campaigns, engagement programs, and initiatives aimed at enhancing the safety culture within the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the EHS digitization efforts by collaborating closely with Gensuite and Power BI teams - Act as a member/convenor of various corporate safety committees as per organizational requirements - Coordinate with BU HSE/Project/Asset teams to identify and implement improvements in EHS systems, policies, and procedures - Support the sustainability program from an EHS perspective - Conduct internal audits at sites - Deliver training on ReNew specific HSE standards and procedures - Analyze HSE-related performance to plan future actions - Centrally coordinate the implementation of the Integrated Management System (ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001) Qualifications Required: - A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Environmental Health and Safety, Occupational Health and Safety) - Certification in relevant EHS standards (e.g., ISO 45001) - Proven experience in leading safety culture improvement initiatives - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams - Experience in conducting internal audits and delivering training sessions Join us in our mission to enhance the safety culture within our organization and drive continuous improvement in EHS practices.,
