Knowledge of HRIS platforms such as Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, SAP. - Skills: Strong technical knowledge of HR systems, databases, and related software. Expertise in project management. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
