Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Manager ETS (Quality) to join our team at Schneider Electric. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management and a proven track record of driving excellence.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive quality plans to ensure high standards of products and services.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and enhance overall process efficiency.
Analyze data and metrics to measure quality performance and identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Provide training and coaching to employees on quality procedures and best practices.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Job Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management, preferably in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of quality management principles, including ISO 9001:2015.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Experience with quality management software and tools, such as SAP or other ERP systems.
