Minimum of 9-13 years of experience in Design and engineering for Solar Ground mount project.
Has experience in handling Solar power plants from 10MW to 500 MW for Government and private developers either single or multiple projects
Review of designs and ensure their timely submissions after obtaining approvals from customer Clarification of issues w.r.to vendors.
Should work on design optimizations / alternate proposals / solutions for quick delivery of the project with a positive margin.

Monitor, track, and control outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies and critical path deliverables and provide status of project milestones, deliverable, dependencies, risks and issues, communicating across leadership.

Excellent Verbal and written Communication skills with ability to produce high quality Technical Reports within Predefined deadline
Demonstrable experience in client handling while front facing the clients on the ongoing and upcoming projects.

Work creatively and analytically in problem solving environment, demonstrating teamwork, innovation, and excellence.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to renewable energy.

Self-motivated, decisive, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands.
Maintain awareness of new product Technology and communication pertinent developments with Colleagues.

Skill Set

Have Hands on Experience of Solar ground mount PV plant Electrical designing including , substations and grid connection of large-scale solar power parks.

Should have in-depth knowledge on design calculation for cable sizing & calculation, shadow analysis, Power loss calculations, earth design, LA protection, Illumination, Transformers sizing, Auxiliary Battery& UPS sizing, , HV/LV breakers ,Relay setting, understanding ERT , ETAP study & Short circuit study, etc.
Should have in-depth knowledge of drawing and schematic preparation for AC/DC SLD, Array layout, Pile, Earthing Layouts, DC /AC /communication cable laying, trenches & sections, Illumination, CCTV, FAS, LA, Equipment layouts, etc.
Should have in-depth knowledge for preparing RFQ s and technical dud elegance, vendor GTP& drawing for components/equipment s such as PV modules, invertors, IDT LT/HT Switchgear & its protection, DC box, Safety systems, SCADA, CCTV, FAS, illumination, BOS components. etc
Should have knowledge on Electrical Substations & Transmission Lines up to 400kV level, MMS , Building Civil & Structural/foundations, civil infrastructure, Mechanical utilities (ventilation systems, HVAC, FFPH, Module Cleaning System (RO tech), Instrumentation (SCADA, SAS).

Develop design for solar PV power plant, technology assessment, tilt- pitch optimization, DC overload analysis, single line diagram, BOQ preparations for various types of projects as per the tender document.

Should have knowledge on combined plants with Wind / Solar and Storage systems, Floating Solar power plants of varying sizes, Rooftop Solar system,- Battery Storage, in Fixed Tilt technology, tracker tech (Single row / multiple row / Dual axis), Seasonal Tilt.

Technically competent with various software programs, including but not limited to Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,), Microsoft Projects.
Should have knowledge on Pvsyst, Google SketchUp /map/earth, AutoCAD, PVCASE, Helioscope, ETAP study, solar GIS, PSSE &PSCAD software s etc.,
Should have knowledge during final commissioning of Solar plant such as PR test/PG test/OTGT test/CUF & its correction, PV yield final generation for overall Projects life cycle.
Knowledge on Plant SCADA, PPC, Grid study, load flow analysis, as per the SLDC/NRLDC and CEA latest guidelines.

Ensure issuance of Engineering and Manufacturing Clearance to Cross functional team
Facilitating necessary communication with cross functional team, suppliers & Customers obtaining resource requirement for project as per the MDL.

Familiar with National and International Standards for Solar PV Systems, and other relevant Standards.
Should have working knowledge of all kind of modules like Poly, Thin, mono/perc, Bifacial solar modules. Central Inverter & String inverters.
Has knowledge on preparing Detailed project report , Design basis report , technical reports, RFQ s, O&M manual. Able to technically asses the energy yield post commissioning of project should support /guide O&M team technically.
Should support for Prebid tendering, BOQ estimation, RFQ finalization & evaluation of various components, selection of equipment with best pricing options.
