Deputy Manager, EH&S

Role Overview: You will be responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance with local, state, and central EHS regulations such as GPCB, CPCB, and MoEF. This includes maintaining necessary documentation, liaising with external agencies, conducting risk assessments, leading incident investigations, and overseeing safety management. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure compliance with EHS regulations and maintain statutory records - Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation plans - Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation - Monitor and control effluent, emission, waste disposal, and energy usage - Conduct safety training, toolbox talks, and awareness campaigns - Prepare and maintain EHS KPIs, reports, audits, and statutory returns - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for EHS measures implementation Qualifications Required: - In-depth knowledge of EHS legislation and standards - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to handle audits and investigations - Proactive problem-solving attitude - Proficiency in MS Office and EHS software/tools About the Company: Amneal is an equal opportunity employer that values diversity and inclusion.
