Deputy Manager - Education & Training - Windows

As an ideal candidate for the job, you will be responsible for conducting training programs for various audience groups as and when required. You will also maintain records of all training-related data which includes training attendance, participants feedback, pre & post test results, and other related information. Your key responsibilities will include: - Creating training content based on the inputs shared by stakeholders - Collaborating with subject matter experts to design training content and delivery - Planning the rollout of training programs including timelines, target audience, and locations - Arranging training logistics with the support of Operations & Admin staff and ensuring the smooth delivery of training - Identifying problems and implementing improvements to existing methods and techniques - Supporting the E&T head in implementing key learning initiatives Your qualifications should include: - Prior experience in conducting training programs for different audience groups - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in maintaining training-related data - Ability to create engaging and effective training content - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with subject matter experts and stakeholders - Problem-solving skills to identify issues and implement necessary changes - Support mindset to assist the E&T head in key learning initiatives If you are looking for a role where you can make a significant impact by delivering high-quality training programs and supporting key learning initiatives, this opportunity is perfect for you.,
