Deputy Manager - E-Commerce

As a Deputy Manager in an operations-based process, your role will involve overseeing and coordinating the daily activities of your team to ensure efficient and accurate execution of tasks. You will be responsible for managing the workflow of multiple projects, setting performance goals, and monitoring team productivity to meet operational targets. Your key responsibilities will include: - Daily Operations Oversight: Ensure daily targets are met by monitoring team performance and workflow. - Input Verification: Check and validate inputs to guarantee accurate allocation of resources and data. - Process Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of all processes to guide the team effectively and address any issues that arise. - Team Support: Provide support by resolving doubts and questions from team members to facilitate smooth operations. - Quality Control: Lead the quality control process by performing detailed inspections to ensure deliverables meet client standards and requirements. - Statistical Quality Control: Lead the Statistical Quality Control (SQC) to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and continuous improvement of deliverables. - Escalation Management: Handle escalations effectively, identifying root causes and working towards resolution. - Client Communication: Attend client meetings and communicate clearly, both verbally & written.
