Role & responsibilities

Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 10-15 sales representatives focused on outbound cold calling to prospective clients. Your role will involve performance management, coaching, and development to ensure the team consistently meets and exceeds its targets.

Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective pre-sales strategies, including identifying market trends, new funding triggers, and other business signals to generate qualified leads. You will work closely with leadership to optimize workflows and implement best practices.

Client Engagement & leading client Presentation: Oversee the teams initial outreach efforts, ensuring a high-quality, professional approach to client interactions. As a regional business leader, you will be required to design, capture rich business insights & articulate with exceptional story telling skills.

Data Analysis: Use data analytics to monitor team performance, track key metrics, and identify areas for improvement. You will be responsible for creating and presenting reports to leadership on a regular basis.

Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with internal & external teams to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads and a consistent approach to market outreach.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience: 5+ years of experience in sales or a similar client-facing role, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or management position. Experience in digital advertising, particularly with Google Ads is mandatory.Leadership Skills: Proven track record of successfully managing, coaching, and motivating a high-performing sales team. You should have strong people management skills and a collaborative leadership style.

Analytical Skills: Strong understanding of data analytics and the ability to use data to drive decision-making & data story telling

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. You must be comfortable with cold calling and have the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.

Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions and business priorities.
