Deputy Manager - Debt Management Services - SME
Job Purpose
To achieve the assigned branch's Debt Management Services targets while ensuring monthly target fulfillment within the specified cost limits. Duties and Responsibilities

Achieve collections target by visiting customers/agencies.

Monitor performance against set parameters and provide regular updates.

Ensure legal guidelines are complied with while repossessing products.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Provide regular reports on collection activities and performance.

Handle escalations promptly and effectively to resolve issues.

Daily DRR (Daily Risk Report) management.

Develop and implement strategies to improve collection rates.

Case to case tracking.

Resolution as per AOP within agreed timelines.

Portfolio management.

Debt collection strategy.

Target achievement.

Regulatory compliance.

Reporting and analysis.

Risk management.

Team leadership.

Vendor management.

Coordinating with internal and external clients.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Experience in achieving collections targets, preferably in Debt Management Services for SME clients.

Strong understanding of legal guidelines related to debt collection and repossession.

Demonstrated ability to maintain accurate records and provide comprehensive reports.

Proven experience in handling escalations and resolving issues efficiently.

Knowledge of risk management and daily risk reporting.

Ability to develop and implement strategies for improved collection rates.

Experience in portfolio management, regulatory compliance, and vendor management.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and coordination skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
