Deputy Manager - Debt Management Services - SME
Job Purpose
To achieve the assigned branch's Debt Management Services targets while ensuring monthly target fulfillment within the specified cost limits. Duties and Responsibilities

Achieve collections target by visiting customers/agency.

Monitor performance against set parameters and provide regular updates.

Ensure legal guidelines are complied with while repossessing products.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Provide regular reports on collection activities and performance.

Handle escalations promptly and effectively to resolve issues.

Daily DRR (Daily Risk Report) management.

Develop and implement strategies to improve collection rates.

Case to case tracking.

Resolution as per AOP within agreed timelines.

Portfolio management.

Debt collection strategy.

Target achievement.

Regulatory compliance.

Reporting and analysis.

Risk management.

Team leadership.

Vendor management.

Coordinating with internal and external clients.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Experience in achieving collections targets by visiting customers/agencies.

Ability to monitor performance against set parameters and provide updates.

Knowledge of legal guidelines related to product repossession.

Proficiency in maintaining accurate customer interaction and transaction records.

Experience in generating collection activity and performance reports.

Skill in handling escalations and resolving issues effectively.

Familiarity with Daily Risk Report (DRR) management.

Ability to develop and implement strategies for improved collection rates.

Case tracking and timely resolution as per AOP.

Portfolio management skills.

Understanding of debt collection strategies and target achievement.

Knowledge of regulatory compliance and risk management.

Experience in reporting and analysis.

Leadership experience in managing teams.

Vendor management abilities.

Strong coordination skills with internal and external clients.
