Deputy Manager - City Head - Sales & Marketing

As a Sales & Business Development Executive, your role will involve identifying, pitching, and closing deals with RWAs, apartment societies, commercial parking operators, malls, and private landowners for EV charger deployment. You will also drive partnerships with residential and commercial real estate developers to integrate EV charging infrastructure. Tracking and delivering on monthly and quarterly charger installation and usage targets will be a key responsibility. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, pitch, and close deals for EV charger deployment with various stakeholders. - Drive partnerships with real estate developers for EV charging integration. - Track and meet monthly and quarterly charger installation and usage targets. - Educate end users on ATELs value proposition, app usage, pricing, and support. - Ensure smooth onboarding of users and address their queries promptly. - Drive consumer awareness initiatives such as demo drives and engagement events. - Build long-term relationships with society committees, facility managers, and partners. - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful charger installations. Qualifications Required: - Graduation in any field (BE, BCom., MBA), Engineering Degree preferred, MBA is a plus. - 4-8 years of experience in consumer sales, territory management, or new market development. - Experience in EV, renewable energy, real estate, or mobility sectors is advantageous. - Strong B2C sales acumen with negotiation, presentation, and closing skills. - Proactive, self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-growth startup environment. - Comfortable with travel and hands-on execution. - Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and ensure compliance with company policies. - Proficiency in MS Office and SAP is desirable.,
