Job Description

Deputy Manager - CD - SBU
Job Purpose
Drive sustainable business growth by leading dealer relationships and achieving monthly sales targets in consumer durable finance. Duties and Responsibilities

Achieve daily and monthly sales targets for consumer durable products.

Lead a team of off-rolls to effectively service the customer and ensure customer and dealer satisfaction.

Identify and onboard new dealers to expand the company's presence in the market.

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations in all dealer operations.

Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers to foster loyalty and repeat business.

Set performance targets and provide regular feedback to off-roll teams.

Ensure engagement of Field Officers (FOS) and maintain low attrition rates among off-roll employees.

Offer training and support to team members (off-roll) to help them manage their daily tasks effectively.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Experience in achieving daily and monthly sales targets for consumer durable products.

Proven ability to lead a team of off-rolls to effectively service customers and ensure customer and dealer satisfaction.

Track record of identifying and onboarding new dealers to expand market presence.

Familiarity with compliance to company policies and regulations in dealer operations.

Experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with dealers.

Ability to set performance targets and provide regular feedback to teams.

Experience in engaging Field Officers (FOS) and maintaining low attrition rates among off-roll employees.

Capability to offer training and support to off-roll team members for effective task management.
