 Deputy Manager - CD - Growth South & West 
 Job Summary 
The Deputy Manager - CD (Consumer Division) - Growth South & West is responsible for driving business development, market penetration, and revenue growth across the South & West regions. The role involves leading strategic initiatives, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring the achievement of sales and growth targets. The Deputy Manager will collaborate closely with regional and national teams to implement effective strategies and optimize operational efficiencies.  Key Responsibilities 
  • Develop and execute growth strategies for the South & West regions in alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales and business development professionals, providing mentorship and performance feedback.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and channels to expand market presence.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders.
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of growth initiatives.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on regional performance, growth metrics, and forecasts to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
  • Support budgeting, resource allocation, and ROI analysis for regional projects and campaigns.

  •  Qualifications 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or growth management, preferably in the FMCG, retail, or consumer goods sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales and growth targets in a regional leadership role.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to travel within the South & West regions as required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
