Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with 2-3 years of experience to join our team as a Deputy Manager - Business Loans - DMS in Bajaj Finance Limited, located in the banking/financial services/stockbroking/securities industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee business loan operations to ensure efficient and effective processing.
Develop and implement strategies to boost business growth and revenue.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and partners.
Monitor and control expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness and budget adherence.

Job Requirements
