Deputy Manager - Business Loans - Direct
Job Purpose
To provide customized lending solutions for business loans, empowering clients to achieve their financial goals. Duties and Responsibilities

Identify and target potential clients for business loans through open market sourcing.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners to source business.

Prepare and present loan proposals, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.

Guide clients through the loan application process, addressing any questions or concerns.

Stay updated on market trends, loan products, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice to clients.

Effectively engage with credit, operations, and risk teams to streamline the loan approval process and enhance customer experience.

Conduct follow-ups with clients pre-closure and post-closure to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals.

Collaborate with the collection team to improve the recovery process.
