Job Description Meeting clients, Generating business. Good communication and management skills- effective leader and motivator Keeping detailed records of all contacts reaching monthly/annual sales targets. Competition analysis - Ability to analyze and compare firm s productive with that of competitors. Basic knowledge on analytical testing services Keeping continuous update of analysis information coordinating with all the related departments for timely completion of projects. Responsible for Business Development of Testing Services to Clients. Responsible for sales targets. Answering queries on phone / in person about Eurofins BPT Services. Organizing / attending sales visits. Demonstrating / presenting Eurofins BPT Services. Should have Experience in CRO type of Companies. Should have good Negotiating Communication Skills. Handling existing customers and offering new technologies. Identifying the potential customers. Communicate with customers through emails and phone. Generate the orders from customers. Price quotes and negotiations with new customers and agents. Travel to meet clients and maintain good business relation. Forward the customer quality queries to Q.C Q.A and follow ups. Keeping a check on the credit limits to clients and getting the payments in time. Qualifications B. Sc / B. Pharmacy /M. Pharmacy and MBA (Marketing).
