• Develop Statements of Requirements (SORs) tailored to application needs (e-trucks, BESS, railways), defining functional, performance, and safety criteria. • Collaborate with internal teams and BMS suppliers to optimize firmware, control algorithms, and hardware configurations, ensuring seamless system integration. • Establish comprehensive test frameworks for bench-level and vehicle-level validation, covering functional, safety, and regulatory compliance testing. • Conduct rigorous validation, troubleshoot BMS performance and reliability issues, and generate test reports, RCAs, and compliance documentation. • Mentor application engineers, providing technical training on BMS calibration, diagnostics, and failure analysis.
