Preventive Maintenance: Conduct routine preventive maintenance of UPS, inverters, and batteries to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime. Inspect and test equipment regularly, replacing faulty parts as needed. Troubleshooting and Repair: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to UPS, inverter systems, and battery failures. Troubleshoot electrical faults, control panels, charging systems, and related components. Provide quick and effective solutions to restore systems to operational status. Customer Support: Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers, addressing their concerns and providing technical guidance. Educate customers on the proper operation, maintenance, and care of their power backup systems. System Upgrades: Advise customers on upgrades, replacements, and improvements for battery, UPS, and inverter systems. Support the planning and execution of system upgrades or replacements to meet evolving power needs. Emergency Support: Respond promptly to emergency service requests and resolve issues efficiently to minimize system downtime. Required Skills and Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 1 year and above of experience working with UPS, Inverter systems, and battery backup solutions. Hands-on experience in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of power backup systems (preferably in industrial, commercial, or residential environments). Technical Skills:** Strong understanding of electrical and electronic components used in UPS and Inverter systems. Familiarity with battery types, charging systems, and testing equipment.
