Description
Position Summary: Position for electrical utility engineer in CNC machine shop. Work You ll Do: Day to day maintenance of Air-conditioners, chiller plants, AHUs, HVAC and VRF units. Correspondence with air-conditioning service providing vendor and arrange regular preventive services and break-down services Maintenance of plant HVAC System having cooling towers, pumps and piping work including new line installation and maintaining old lines in healthy condition. Cleaning and servicing of cooling towers at defined frequency Maintenance of Utilities like EOT cranes, brakes, Air compressors, Battery operated equipment, STP plant, RO plant, Goods Lifts, plant lighting, Fire hydrant system, Shutters, rolling shutters, electric/Pneumatic tools etc.. corrective preventive action for break downs. Maintenance of compressed air system having Compressors, Air dryers and Receivers. Maintaining critical spares in stock and keeping the plant in healthy condition for the required pressurized air for machines . Maintenance of DG sets, main panels, power distributing transformers, earthing system, emergency lights, lightening arrestor and distribution panels. Maintenance of network cabling system, Administration building maintenance, Door closers, shutters, Tables, Chairs, wooden repairing, kitchen equipment, dish washer, air curtains etc. Procurement of required spares for maintenance of each equipment. Making of AMC for the related equipment with verification of the alternates available. Maintenance of 11 KV brakers. Transformer and LT switch gears, APFC ,lighting panels. MTTR. MTBF, preparation for utilities, Legal compliance like DG duty, Form D for duty, yearly transformer oil testing earth testing, Form 9, 10 11 etc.. Team: He will be part of maintenance team and responsible for maintenance activity of plant. Basic Qualifications: BE Electrical/Diploma Electrical with experience of 5 to 6 years in same field as utility function.
