Job Description You will be responsible for focusing on relentless prioritization to maintain delivery on value, ensuring secure, reliable, and efficient operations for the product while aligning with product roadmap objectives. Your key responsibilities will include: - Having a good experience in Customer service in Solar Module Manufacturing. - Handling warranty claims, customer support/complaints, post-sales service for Key accounts, Export customers, Roof top, ground-mounted, channel distributors, and own. - Conducting visits to MW/GW Capacity Sites for inspection and analysis of field-reported issues, on-site resolutions, and improvement in power generation. - Monitoring and maintaining all complaints CAPA implementations & effectiveness. Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in Customer service within Solar Module Manufacturing sector. - Strong understanding of warranty claims, customer support, and post-sales service processes. - Ability to conduct site visits for inspection and analysis of field-reported issues. - Knowledge of complaints CAPA implementations and monitoring effectiveness.,
