Role & responsibilities

Handling Plastics - manufacturing process  

• Adept in production planning, executing process / procedure involved in manufacturing industry to facilitate smooth operations and enhance productivity.  
• Knowledge about 5s, KAIZEN,IATF 16949,SPC, POKA YOKE, TPM.7 QC Tool.  
• Compilation and analysis of daily production report and review with HOD.  
• To maintain 5S & Handling of technical and non technical man power.  
• Process setting and conducting New Mould.  
• Process setting with robot programming  
• Trail of new

  moulds

  & material

Mut Have :

Calculation of OEE.  

• knowledge of DOJO training  
• Manpower handling.  
• Lean manufacturing.  
• Basic knowledge of ISO-45001  
• Trouble shooting on production oor in many types of problem in the machines.  
• Good knowledge of PPC and maintain PPC plan.  

• Moulds

  like hot runner mould, cold runner mould, Family mould, two plate mould and three plate mould etc

• Knowledge of Japanese concept (3G, 3M, 4M, 7Wastage) and implement on shop oor.  
• Maintain shop oor for IATF and Layered Process Audit.  
• Rapid problem solving with using 7 QC tools.  
• Good knowledge of

  Plastic

  Raw Material (Nylon-6 or PA-6 and PP + ABS etc.).
• Trouble shooting during processing to achieve the maximum eciency with good quality product.  
• Expertise in procuring and delegating resources for timely completion of production activities.  
• Prociency in handling timely and quality dispatch of nished good.  
• Production planning and control.  
• Trouble shooting of process with minimum rejection and to maintain optimum quality of product.  
• Productivity improvement through waste elimination and rejection control.  
• Prepare MIS, MRM, weekly & daily production report.  
• Responsible for achieving production targets.  
• Responsible for Improving the Productivity.  
• Daily plan v/s actual monitoring.  
• Monitoring of production target as per Takt Time& also check the quality of parts.  
• Manpower handle & Daily Review of production, Rejection & Downtime.  
• Responsible for production planing & control (PPC).
