The warehouse & inventory manager role in Plastic Granules Manufacturing based in Gummidipoondi requires a skilled professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse/gudown management within plastics or related manufacturing industries. As a leading manufacturer specializing in PPCP, HDPE, ABS granules, and regrinds, you will be responsible for overseeing gudown and warehouse operations to ensure efficient and safe stacking and storage of raw materials and finished goods. Your key responsibilities will include implementing proper storage protocols to prevent contamination, damage, and safety hazards, managing inventory levels with accuracy using RFID and barcode systems, coordinating with production and logistics teams for timely material flow, and maintaining strong Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards in the warehouse. You will also be required to develop warehouse layout plans for optimized space utilization, conduct regular inventory audits, identify continuous improvement opportunities, train and supervise warehouse staff, and maintain accurate documentation of stock movement and discrepancies. A bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field is preferred along with strong knowledge of PPCP, HDPE, ABS granules, and regrind materials. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills, demonstrate proficiency in ERP systems and inventory management tools, have experience with RFID and barcode inventory systems, and exhibit a good understanding of EHS principles for maintaining a safe work environment. Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capability to work under pressure and meet deadlines are essential for this full-time role.,
