Job Description

Role & responsibilities Key Responsibilities: P&L Management: Develop and execute strategies to maximize plant profitability. Monitor and control costs, budgets, and financial performance. Analyse financial data and implement measures to drive revenue growth and reduce operational expenses. Operational Management: Plan, organize, and oversee daily operations to meet production targets. Optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Oversee production planning, quality control, and supply chain management. Ensure smooth and efficient plant operations while meeting production targets. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of managers, engineers, and technicians. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork. Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor quality control systems to ensure product standards. Address and resolve quality issues promptly. Maintenance and Safety: Oversee maintenance schedules to ensure minimal downtime. Promote a safe working environment and enforce safety protocols. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute long-term strategies for plant growth and sustainability. Collaborate with senior management to align plant objectives with company goals. Preferred candidate profile Must have working knowledge in Machine shop- CNC, VMC
