Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY

  • This role will be responsible for leading IT solution Delivery/Implementation of enterprise analytics and BusinessIntelligence solutions, enabling insights from large-scale data
  • Partner with business stakeholders to translaterequirements into impactful dashboards, reports, and data-driven decisions, work with the management to takeneeded approvals and to showcase the ROI post implementation

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design, develop, and optimize Power BI dashboards, reports, and semantic models
  • Define KPIs, metrics, and storytelling visuals aligned to business goals
  • Work with data engineering teams on data warehousing and Databricks-based pipelines to ensurereliable, high-quality data for Power BI
  • Manage large data volumes, ensuring performance tuning and scalability in Power BI
  • Lead stakeholder discussions, gather requirements, and present insights to senior leadership
  • Mentor Power BI developers and conduct enablement sessions across business teams
  • Project manage the solution Implementation
  • Manage project escalation and changes in scope
  • Identification of risks, issues, and dependencies beforehand and work towards mitigation
  • Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented in terms of documentation and gathering requirements
  • Establishing and demonstrating the benefits from the product implementation
  • Work closely within the IT team & external partners to leverage technology and automation

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES

EXPERIENCE:

  • 8 to 12 years of experience in IT Solution Delivery, Project Management
  • Power BI Analytics, DAX, Data Modeling, Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing,Databricks, SQL, Large Data Handling, Stakeholder ManagementIT Project Management experience
  • Drive for results, a self-driven individual and passionate in Technology
  • Excellent written & oral communication skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to influence without authority and work in a collaborative manner with allstakeholders
