Deputy General Manager - Finance Master Data Lead

Role Overview: As the Deputy General Manager - Finance Master Data Lead at Bunge, you will be responsible for leading and supporting enterprise master data programs to drive Bunge's strategic initiatives in areas such as Digital programs, Data Integration, and S4 Hana implementation for Finance data domain. Your role will involve collaborating with multiple stakeholders globally to define and achieve mutually agreed outcomes in the master data domains. Key Responsibilities: - Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for end-to-end business solutions, including S4 HANA Data Management. - Engage with business stakeholders to prioritize requirements, negotiate scope, and define project sequence and deliverables. - Lead business UAT, organize test scenarios, and triage test defects. - Manage scope and deliverables of strategic projects, ensuring successful outcomes aligned with business, IT, and domain priorities. - Drive implementation of master data solutions without impacting business processes. - Build relationships with internal and external service providers for effective project delivery. - Guide and inspire project teams to understand project vision and deliverables. Qualifications Required: - Education: CA / M.Com / ICWA / B.Tech and MBA Finance - Experience: Minimum 13-15 years of professional data management experience, with a minimum of 8-10 years in providing business solutions and working with SAP HANA & MDG/MDM. Minimum 8 years of experience in Data Quality and governance. - Strong leadership skills with experience managing project teams in offsite and remote locations. - Experience working closely with SAP HANA data structures and interface. - Experience in FMCG / CPG organizations is preferable. - Able to work effectively in a virtual team across different cultures and time zones.
