Responsibilities: - Managing a team of 15 members effectively - Driving continuous process improvements and enhancing internal controls - Engaging with Statutory auditors and addressing their queries promptly - Ensuring compliance with accounting standards, particularly IND AS requirements - Overseeing the timely closure of month-end activities - Reviewing Monthly Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss statements with teams to uphold quality standards - Implementing robust Ledger scrutiny processes - Handling intercompany transactions efficiently - Verifying the adequacy of ERP Internal controls - Collaborating with technology teams to maintain the accuracy of cost reporting Skills Required: - Proficiency in working with ERP systems, preferably Oracle - Exceptional stakeholder management skills - Strong leadership abilities and adept at people management Experience and Qualifications: - 8 to 12 years of relevant experience - Chartered Accountant qualification - Prior exposure to the e-commerce or high-volume transaction industry would be advantageous,
