Scope: Complete design lifecycle from concept to handover
Key Responsibilities
Design Leadership
Lead complete design lifecycle from concept to as-built documentation, ensuring delivery of design excellence and space optimization standards
Timeline & Execution
Deliver concept designs and sanction drawings within committed timelines, complete DD closure,
Working Drawings, and GFC releases on schedule, coordinating phased releases aligned with
construction schedules.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with MEP, Projects, Purchase, and Execution teams, support Sales and Marketing with design requirements, and provide design clarifications and construction support.
Quality & Standards
Maintain design accuracy to prevent construction issues, ensure successful implementation at
construction sites, and coordinate documentation delivery to customers.
What We're Looking For
Educational Background
B.Arch (Mandatory) + COA registration
M.Arch (Preferred)
Experience
15-20 years in architecture with minimum 5 years managing design teams
Minimum 8 years in residential real estate projects with multi-story building design experience
Strong background in regulatory approvals, sanction drawings, and space optimization
Technical Skills
Expert in AutoCAD (mandatory)
BIM 360 or similar drawing management systems
MEP coordination knowledge
Key Competencies
Strong team management with timeline orientation and commitment to deadlines
Customer-centric approach with cost consciousness and value engineering mindset
Excellent stakeholder management across multiple concurrent projects
