Job Description

Key Deliverables:

Track Wabtec loco movement on IR network and gather working details.
Investigate and provide action plans for problems/incidents reported by customers/service sheds.
Perform troubleshooting and diagnostic processes as per Wabtec's guidelines.
Ensure compliance with safety requirements for locomotives and maintain readiness for replenishment of spare parts.

Role Responsibilities:

Fulfill customer expectations for locomotive reliability and performance during operations.
Coordinate with service sheds, providing necessary investigation and corrective actions for locomotive issues.
Maintain site matrix data for KPI indicators and keep records up-to-date.
Stay knowledgeable of Indian Railway operational rules and execute tasks efficiently on the field.
