The candidate should have a Knowledge in fasteners, finishing & packing processes, and optical sorting machines. The candidate should be skilled in problem-solving techniques and familiar with various Quality Management System standards. Experience with surface coating is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Strong knowledge of fasteners and their manufacturing processes.
Expertise in finishing and packing processes to ensure product quality.
Handling optical sorting machines to maintain high-quality production standards.
Managing shift activities efficiently to ensure smooth operations.
Proficiency in problem-solving techniques for production-related issues.
Utilize expertise in
surface coating processes
,
electroplating
, and
zinc plating
to enhance product durability and performance.
Practical knowledge and experience in using 7+3 QC tools to maintain product quality.
Familiarity with QMS requirements, including IATF16949 and ISO 14001 standards.
Surface coating experience will be an added advantage.
