Job Description

As a Sales Operations Manager at PepsiCo, you will play a critical leadership role in orchestrating and overseeing the sales operations team to achieve exceptional business results. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Leading and mentoring a team of sales operations analysts to ensure accurate and efficient execution of reports, deep dives, and projects aligned with business objectives - Monitoring and assessing sales performance metrics to identify root causes for disparities and develop relevant performance indicators for data-driven decision-making - Collaborating with Business Intelligence (BI) initiatives to enhance operational and performance data utility, providing actionable insights for cross-functional alignment - Analyzing sales data and market trends to guide the organization with data-driven insights, supporting markets in meeting/exceeding sales objectives - Guiding on the right technology/transformation needed for customers and working with IT to automate repetitive reports/tasks for more analytical support - Sharing key projects with senior stakeholders and identifying future opportunities for productivity optimization - Supporting recruitment and allied activities for incoming roles and ensuring effective ways of working with various regions Qualifications required for this role include: - 10+ years of experience in sales/sales excellence/customer insights & analytics, preferably in dComm/FMCG - Expertise in market dynamics, sales-related data analysis, and optimization of sales processes for standardization and harmonization - Proficiency in analytical tools like Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and data sources like Nielsen/IRI for analyzing outputs - Strong track record in the retail/FMCG sector with a basic understanding of dCommerce - Exceptional analytical skills to translate complex sales data into actionable solutions and processes, proficiency in data analysis software for data-driven decision-making - Ability to lead a team of analysts and collaborate effectively across the organization for cross-functional teamwork Join PepsiCo as a Sales Operations Manager to drive sales performance, optimize processes, and contribute to the organization's overall success.,
