Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing and conducting university examinations and result declarations across all programs.
Ensure all exams are conducted with fairness, discipline, and in compliance with university and statutory regulations.
Coordinate with departments to prepare and publish examination schedules, hall tickets, and exam centers.
Ensure secure and confidential handling of question papers and answer scripts.
Facilitate timely evaluation of answer scripts and declaration of results on a semester-wise basis.
Manage digital systems for examination workflows, including ERP tools and dashboards.
Maintain accurate records for internal assessments, practicals, projects, and skill assessments.
Supervise issuance of grade sheets, transcripts, degree certificates, and other academic credentials.
Organize convocation-related documentation, including award of degrees and certificates.
Address student grievances related to revaluation, result discrepancies, or transcript issues.
Regularly update and implement SOPs for examination-related processes.
Ensure compliance with UGC, NAAC, and other academic bodies in reporting and documentation.
Submit statistical and academic information to statutory bodies as required.
Monitor feedback mechanisms for course and subject evaluation by students.
Drive continuous improvement in assessment practices in line with Outcome-Based Education (OBE).
