Description
The Deputy Chief Manager of Learning and Development (L&D) at Piramal Pharma will play a key role in enhancing the organization's learning ecosystem. You will be responsible for running Functional Academies, building and revamping the digital learning architecture, and driving Leadership Academy initiatives. This includes transitioning to a new Learning Experience Platform (LXP) to replace the existing Learning Management System (LMS), augmenting digital learning resources with more content providers, and managing leadership development programs. Your role will also involve learning analytics, in partnership with the HR Analytics team, to develop an L&D dashboard and drive mandatory compliance modules. You will foster and sustain a culture of continuous learning by leveraging both digital and traditional platforms. Key stakeholders you will engage with internally include the HR Leadership Team, Business HR Heads, HR Business Partners, COE Heads, Business Learning Leaders, Department Heads of various Corporate Functions, Learners, and Top Talent Groups. Externally, you will collaborate with Consulting firms, training providers, executive education and continuing education providers, learning technology vendors, learning content providers, and external professional bodies. You will report to the General Manager Head of Learning and Development CoE. Ideal candidates for this role should have 4 to 8 years of experience in Learning & Development, Leadership Development, Talent Management, or Organizational Development. Competencies required for this position include expertise in Learning & Development, instructional design, facilitation skills, and digital learning solutions. Experience with Learning Experience Platforms (LXP), e-learning systems, managing digital content providers, and leadership development is essential. You should have a passion for driving continuous learning culture, learning analytics, project management, stakeholder management, communication, and influence skills. Your responsibilities will include managing Functional Academies, focusing on critical business functions, collaborating with business leaders to design and launch customized programs, and overseeing the revamp of the digital learning architecture by introducing a new LXP. You will lead the Leadership Academy, ensuring alignment with organizational leadership needs, executing leadership programs, and continuously improving them based on feedback and business requirements. Collaborating with the HR Analytics team, you will design an L&D dashboard for tracking learning progress and effectiveness. You will also collaborate on mandatory learning modules with Compliance team, SMEs, and HRBPs to ensure compliance. Additionally, you will drive initiatives to promote a culture of learning within Piramal Pharma, encouraging employees to engage with digital learning resources. Qualifications required for this role include an MBA (HR), PMIR, MMS, Masters in Labour Studies, MSc, or MA in Psychology. Candidates with additional certifications in Facilitation, Instructional Design, Authoring Tools, Content Development, Assessments like Hogan/Belbin/MBTI/FiroB/DISC, Project Management, or Program Management will be preferred.
