Job Description

Ensure implementation of HSE Management System (ISO 45001 & ISO 14001) across all wind farm & service activities.
Support Site Teams for safe execution of WTG project works.
Conduct Job Safety Analysis, Risk Assessments, LOTO compliance verification and lifting/tooling/working-at-height monitoring for site activities.
Lead incident reporting, investigation, RCA (5 Why / Fishbone) and ensure CAPA implementation.
Drive behavioral safety, toolbox talks, near miss reporting culture improvement across sites.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements Factories Act, Electricity Act, WAH rules, Fire Safety, Environmental norms etc.
Perform HSE audits (internal + contractor) and monitor closure of audit observations.
Develop / deliver HSE training modules for technicians, contractors & site teams (WAH, First aid, Fire, Electrical Safety, LOTO, Rescue).
Ensure proper PPE selection, approval and compliance monitoring as per risk category.
Support sustainability initiatives, waste management, hazardous waste disposal compliance, HSE documentation & record control.
Prepare weekly/monthly HSE KPI reports and present performance, trends & improvements to management.
