As the Depot Operations Coordinator, you will master our cutting-edge logistics platform and orchestrate the seamless, efficient flow of every parcel. Your mission is to ensure operational excellence and provide top-notch customer service from our busy logistics hub. Key Responsibilities: Digital Operations: Command the digital heart of the operation—manage bookings, track shipments, and update parcel statuses with high precision using our logistics platform. Coordination: Coordinate seamlessly with your Depot Mobility Specialist partner, external vendors (e.g., porters), and other depots to ensure a smooth supply chain. Customer Service: Act as the friendly, knowledgeable face for all walk-in customers and be the helpful voice answering phone and email queries. Physical Operations: Supervise and actively participate in the physical handling of parcels, including loading and unloading, ensuring both speed and safety. Problem-Solving: Serve as the depot's primary problem-solver, proactively identifying and resolving daily operational challenges to keep things moving.
