Strong organizational abilities are crucial for managing departmental schedules, appointments, and events. The secretary should be capable of multitasking, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring efficient workflow within the department. Interpersonal Skills:
Effective communication, additional language proficiency, interpersonal skills are vital for interacting with various stakeholders, including faculty, students, staff, and external contacts.
