Job Description

We are looking for candidates for the mentioned positions for our clients in US Healthcare.

Skills Required:

Must have experience in AR (US Healthcare) Excellent Domain Knowledge Strong Oral & Written Communication Skills Leadership & Team Handling Skills Excellent Analytical Skills Ability to Multitask

Role and Responsibilities:

Ensure the TAT and Quality of projects handled
Oversee the quality of deliverables Execute projects effectively and efficiently Maintain records of client updates Set Targets for team leads and processors Track performance and progress of the shift Maintain process documents and regular updates Conduct daily team briefs and ensure targets are met Extend shifts if necessary to meet targets Provide employee training and ensure service level standards Identify training needs and recommend external training Conduct refresher/process training and evaluate effectiveness
Knowledge on Denials management and A/R fundamentals is must.
Willingness to work in night shifts. Good knowledge of excel
