Department Manager

Ensure the department's layout and product displays are visually appealing and in compliance with company guidelines. Regularly review stock levels and replenish merchandise as needed. Plan and manage department inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability without overstocking or stock-outs. Lead, inspire, and motivate a team of Customer Service Executives, setting clear expectations and providing guidance to achieve departmental goals. Plan and execute special sales events, promotions, and product launches to boost sales and meet or exceed sales targets.  Communicate, and drive the department's sales targets by regularly monitoring progress and taking strategic actions to meet or exceed goals. Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service and maintaining a clean and organized department. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally. Provide recommendations and assist customers in finding suitable products to meet their needs.  Resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring a positive resolution and a satisfied customer.
