DEO (Data Entry Operator)

You are a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Operator supporting the logistics team. Your responsibilities include accurately entering and managing logistics-related data, updating records, and assisting with inventory tracking, shipment documentation, and order processing. You will accurately enter shipment data, delivery information, and order details into logistics software or databases. Your role involves updating and maintaining records for inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring data accuracy, and assisting in generating logistics performance reports. You will coordinate with warehouse staff and transport providers, maintain digital and paper files, and report discrepancies or delays to the logistics supervisor. To qualify for this role, you need a high school diploma or equivalent (an Associates or Bachelors degree in logistics, supply chain, or business is a plus). Previous experience in data entry, logistics, or a similar field is preferred. Strong typing skills, attention to detail, proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel), and the ability to work independently and under pressure are essential. Excellent organizational and time management skills, along with a basic understanding of shipping and warehouse procedures, are beneficial. This is a full-time position with benefits including health insurance and Provident Fund. The work schedule is during the day, with a yearly bonus provided.
