DEO (Data Entry Operator)

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator with hands-on experience in ERP systems and SAP to accurately enter, update, and maintain business data. The role supports daily operations, reporting, and compliance by ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and update data in ERP and SAP modules (MM, SD, FICO, HR, or as applicable)
• Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, sales orders, invoices, GRN, and stock
• Verify data accuracy and correct inconsistencies
• Generate reports from ERP/SAP as required by management
• Coordinate with Accounts, HR, Production, and Stores departments
• Maintain confidentiality of company data
• Perform regular data backups and documentation
• Support audit requirements and compliance activities

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate / 12th Pass with relevant experience
• 1–3 years experience in Data Entry using ERP & SAP
• Working knowledge of SAP Tally/ERP modules
• Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, formulas)
• Good typing speed with high accuracy
• Basic understanding of accounting, inventory, or HR processes
• Attention to detail and time management skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience in manufacturing or service industry ERP
• Knowledge of PF, ESIC, attendance, payroll data entry
• Familiarity with GST entries and documentation
• Basic reporting and MIS preparation

Work Environment

• Office-based role
• Full-time / Contract (as per requirement)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹11,676.93 - ₹25,531.34 per month
