Job Summary:

Dentist

Key Responsibilities:

Examine patients teeth, gums, and oral tissues to diagnose dental issues.
Provide treatments including fillings, root canals, extractions, crowns, bridges, and preventive care.
Develop and discuss treatment plans with patients, explaining procedures and post-treatment care.
Perform routine dental cleanings and oral hygiene education.
Take and interpret dental X-rays and other diagnostic tests.
Maintain accurate patient records, treatment documentation, and billing information.
Ensure compliance with infection control and sterilization protocols.
Stay updated with advancements in dental technologies and practices.
Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff.
Manage dental emergencies and provide timely interventions.

Required Skills :

Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from a recognized institution.
Valid dental registration/license with Dental Council of [Country/State].
Strong diagnostic and clinical skills.
Excellent communication and patient counseling abilities.
Knowledge of dental materials, instruments, and procedures.
Commitment to patient care and ethical practice.
