Position: Associate Dentist Location: Bangalore Overview:We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will hold a BDS degree, have a valid State Dental Council registration, and be confident working in a high-demand, on field dental care environment. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering quality care with professionalism.  Experience: More than 1 year of clinical experience, with a focus on developing skills and gaining hands-on practice in a professional dental environment.​ Working Hours: 9 hours per day 6 days a week Work timings will vary based on company needs and incoming service requests. Compensation and Bond:Salary: INR 20k - 40k per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Bond: 6 months commitment or a bond amount of INR 50,000. Qualifications: BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery) qualification. Valid Dental Council registration. Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality oral care services at patients' homes and other customer-designated locations across Bangalore. Deliver comprehensive preventive, diagnostic, and basic therapeutic dental care, with utmost professionalism and care Confidently perform routine dental procedures such as scaling, fillings, and fluoride applications with clinical precision and empathy. Uphold exceptional patient care standards, ensuring comfort, safety, and clear communication throughout each visit. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive strategies, supporting long-term dental health. Maintain a professional and composed demeanor in varied home environments, handling unforeseen or stressful situations with calm efficiency. Collaborate effectively with fellow dentists, dental assistants, and the wider team to ensure smooth daily operations and a consistently positive patient experience. Additional Requirements: Pass a pre-hiring test and interview (HR and professional rounds). Good communication and public relation skills. Must possess job knowledge relevant to the position.
