Infinite Dental Solutions (IDS) an expanding startup is urgently hiring freshers and experienced dentists to work with USA-based clients in dental billing and management services. This is a work-from-home opportunity designed for motivated professionals looking to grow their career while enjoying the flexibility of remote work.

Position Details:

Roles:

1 Dentist for Night Shift (Shifts can vary Depending upon the role ), According to IST

Work Hours: Full-time (8 hours/Night Depending upon the role )

Training: Paid internship/training provided.

Requirements:

Education: Must have completed a dental degree from an accredited dental college in India.

Technical Skills:

Tech-savvy, proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).

Fluency In English is Must

Reliable WiFi connection and personal laptop for efficient work.

Experience: Freshers are welcome.

Comprehensive Dental Screening will be done as an interview (Includes accessing Radio-graphs,Knowledge on basic dental procedures, clinical treatment evaluation and treatment planning.)

Commitment: Minimum 1-year of legal contract.

Salary Structure:

Training 1 month ₹5000(Includes watching training videos and hands-on on the Dental software)

Probation Period (First 3 Months):

1st Month: ₹15,000

2nd Month: ₹17,000

3rd Month: ₹20,000

Post-Probation Salary: ₹25,000/month with additional incentives on quality of work.

Growth Opportunities: Performance-based promotions, increments to higher role positions as Team lead and Admin.
