You will be working as a Part Time Camp Doctor at Clove Dental, the largest network of dental clinics in India. Your role will involve promoting Clove brand values, traveling to scheduled camp locations, building rapport with patients, educating on dental health, creating awareness of dental issues, emphasizing the urgency of addressing dental problems, making immediate appointments for patients, maintaining data of high value leads, feeding data into PRM daily, reporting to the Zonal Clinic Head, marking attendance in the nearest clinic daily, and following biomedical waste management practices. **Key Responsibilities:** - Promote Clove brand values consistently - Travel to scheduled camp locations and adhere strictly to camp schedules - Build rapport with patients and promote Clove Core Values - Educate patients on the importance of Dental Health and raise awareness of dental issues and risk factors - Emphasize the importance and urgency of addressing dental problems - Schedule immediate appointments for patients and direct them to the nearest Clove Dental Clinic - Maintain data of high value leads and follow up accordingly - Input all data into PRM on a daily basis - Report to the Zonal Clinic Head and mark attendance at the nearest clinic daily - Follow biomedical waste management practices **Qualifications Required:** - BDS degree with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience - Effective communication skills for patient interactions - Proficiency in advanced treatments in dentistry - Willingness to travel within the city - Mandatory proficiency in English; knowledge of additional regional languages preferred - Proficient with MS Office - Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve patient concerns - Demonstrate soft skills to enhance the patient experience,
