Dental Surgeon

job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced, skilled, and responsible Chief Dental Surgeon to independently manage and operate our dental clinic. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality dental care, overseeing all clinical operations, managing staff, and ensuring patient satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive dental diagnosis, treatment planning, and procedures including preventive, restorative, cosmetic, and surgical treatments.
• Manage all clinical operations efficiently and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Maintain high standards of patient care, ensuring patient comfort and satisfaction.
• Supervise and mentor junior dental staff, if any, and coordinate their activities.
• Prescribe and monitor appropriate dental treatments, medications, and follow-up care.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and treatment documentation.
• Ensure infection control protocols and sterilization procedures are strictly followed.
• Keep updated with the latest dental practices, techniques, and innovations.

Requirements:

• BDS/ MDS Degree from a recognized dental college.
• Valid dental license to practice (State Dental Council registration).
• Proven experience of at least [3years] performing dental procedures independently.
• Manage clinic supplies, equipment maintenance, and inventory.
• Handle patient complaints or concerns professionally and resolve issues promptly.
• Promote the clinic’s services and facilities to attract new patients.
• Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and professional standards.
• Strong clinical skills across various dental disciplines.

Working Hours: [Specify hours, 9:00 AM – 7:30 PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,340.48 per month
